We went to see the nursery museum of Boskoop, where they explained all about the plants and flowers, and how life was there a hundred years ago, when Papa worked there.

Not these guys, they didn’t explain anything.

The kitchen has lots of cool items, mainly though the built-in waffle maker that came with a permanent recipe on the top!

We stayed at Basecamp on the North Sea, just outside of Amsterdam. It has lots of different types of tiny cabins. We tried two different ones.

In Holland, we went to the town of Boskoop, where Papa had worked one college summer. We saw the bridge opening to let a ship pass by.

On our holidays, we stopped at this not very old castle in Boulancourt in La Belle France.
